Aldermanbury Square
Cat-A fit-out across three floors of a Grade A office building, zero impact to neighbouring tenants throughout a 9-week programme.

Cat-A in a working building.
Aldermanbury Square is a working Grade A office, the brief was a Cat-A fit-out on three floors without disturbing the active tenants on the floors above and below. Every drop, every weekend possession, and every alarm isolation had to be pre-agreed and signed off.
We staged the work in three two-week sprints with a quiet weekend between each. Riser access was booked via the building manager; each weekend handed back to commercial occupation by Sunday afternoon.

Three floors, nine weeks, never an isolation that overran. That's the gold standard for a live building.
