Canning Town
Self-test emergency lighting retrofit across six floors of residential, including monthly compliance reporting back to the managing agent.

Residential compliance, automated.
The brief was to upgrade ageing maintained-lighting fittings to a self-test, self-reporting standard across six residential floors, and to give the managing agent automatic monthly reports so the compliance audit trail wrote itself.
We specified self-test fittings on every escape route, hard-wired them to a central monitoring node, and configured the platform to email the managing agent on the first of each month with a pass/fail per fitting.
Quick Overview
Self-test emergency lighting
Every escape-route fitting on a self-test schedule, no manual stick-test ever again.
Central compliance node
All fittings report status back to a single platform on site.
Automated monthly reports
Managing agent receives a pass/fail report by email on the 1st of each month.
Resident-friendly install
All floor-level work completed between 10am and 4pm, no out-of-hours disturbance.
Two of our disciplines, one site.
Emergency Lighting Installation, Testing & Maintenance
Self-test and central-battery emergency lighting installation, testing and certification.
Fire Safety Servicing & Maintenance
Scheduled servicing of existing fire alarm and electrical systems, with reactive cover.
Our compliance reports used to take a day each month. Now they land in my inbox before I've had coffee.
